We had a wonderful stay at the Best Western in Chemainus. The hotel was very clean, the room was spacious and well-appointed with a full kitchenette, and the breakfast was fresh and enjoyable each morning. What truly made our stay exceptional was Kayla at the front desk. Her professionalism, customer service, and attention to detail were outstanding. She went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Kayla genuinely made our stay the best it could be. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to others visiting Chemainus.

I made this reservation with the impression there was access to a swimming pool and a hot tub. I was not informed until I was checking in that the pool and hot tub were not available. I didn't even end up staying for the time I had paid for because of this. It was not posted and I was not notified until after I had already paid for the reservation. Huge disappointment.

My stay was very nice. Room upgrade offered was wonderful. Both dogs enjoyed their stay too! Only negative was the strong odour of Indian Currie aromas in lobby.
