Conveniently located, large hotel but parking was never a priblem. Beautiful flower beds all over / around the property. Tasty breakfast (included) with a rotating selection of egg & meat dishes. Room was spacious and had a mini-kitchen. Beds were cimfy. A/C was rather loud, but worked quite well.

The hotel really works with the theatre to support and promote performances. The hotel is within walking distance to the theatre so very convenient. Staff were friendly and welcoming.

Lovely hotel, friendly service. The queen suite, we thought would be a whole separated room within the hotel room but it was open above the doors to the ceiling, and the tv was outside of the doors on the opposite wall, so had to keep the doors open to watch the tv at night - sort of defeated the purpose of having a separate sleeping space from the kids. Kitchenette was roomy and the breakfast was excellent, hot, well stocked and good variety. An enjoyable stay!

Wouldn’t have booked if we knew amenities closed.

We booked this hotel at the end of a long road trip before going home. We specifically booked due to the amenities listed. We only wanted a hotel with a pool for our kids (to swim the afternoon we arrived and again in the morning before another day in the car) and a hot tub for us as we were very exhausted. These were the only amenities we cared about. We had several choices along our route, and booked this hotel due to a positive experience in the past. When we arrived, there was a sign up that the hot tub was closed for maintenance and the hotel pool would be closed the following day. It was too late to cancel our booking without a fee. Our kids were able to swim in the afternoon, but there were swim lessons happening in the same pool at the same time, which was inhibitive. For the price point, we would have never booked this hotel if we knew the amenities weren’t fully available. While the hotel was nice otherwise, we chose it based on false pretences. We won’t be returning with our kids in the future without calling ahead, which defeats the purpose of using a website like hotels.com for ease of use.
