My wife and I were on vacation on Vancouver Island. We stayed in Chemainus because it was less expensive than Victoria and an easy drive to the Gardens and other outdoor adventures. The hotel property is near the highway exit but far enough away that it was a quite property. It was busy and seemed full most of the time we were there. The overall property was clean and the area around it walkable. The downtown area was within walking distance and had several local places to eat. The pool area was clean although the hot tub was closed when we were there. The room was clean and spacious. The hotel staff were incredibly accommodated. I received a call from the front desk after check-in to make sure everything was ok and to confirm I got into my room ok. We would stay at this hotel again for our next trip to the island.

Please focus on repairing your hot tub. It’s clearly one of your hotels feature that need to be in working order. Being a senior, I would’ve loved to have use of it. Twice now in 3 months I have been disappointed.
