Well say this, i rented the place on line left my bags in room went to visit a friend who lives in the same town. He asked were id be staying. And thats as far as i got he wkuldntliw me to spend the night he luces down road and has lived in duncan long enough to know. He tells me its unsafe the honeless.hangout there in pekinglits and apparently the hotel takes them in at night so apparently theres alot of fights drugs and most of all your gonna get robbed .hs wouldnt let me go back even for my bags without him. Also. They say on line they take dogs. I got there to check in my plan was to leave my dog at my friends while i did what i came there for then i asked the ladies at front desk if it would be ok if i can walk my dog in and out of room tied around my waist as i walk bags in to room from the truck rather than him barking at me everyti.e i walked into the room he will bark all i wanted was to have my dog on leash maybe 3feet inside the room foor so i could do it quietly and the girl said no.but as u turned away and to leave once i did ask there was a sign that said please let front desk know if u have ur pets with u and i bookeda pet friendly room

It's a simple motel with no airs or graces. But as clean as a whistle, with lovely mattresses and bedding. Excellent bathroom water pressure and hot hot showers too. PLUS, it's the best value you'll find in the whole of B.C. !!

First time in my life I had to call the police while staying at a hotel. Some guy banging on my door and yelling that wouldn't leave. I canceled all my plans for the weekend and left. Didnt even get a full refund!! Never stay in this awful place.

The room was ok but the parking lot when I pulled up was disgusting and dirty…homeless people sleeping on ground all around hotel. Didn’t feel safe there at all. When I started the tub the water came out dirty at first which is a pretty big turn off. Won’t stay here again.

It's located in a strategic area, also next to the homeless. The room floors are not mopped, I had to clean it twice myself. Staff are super friendly and nice
