A lovely hotel within walking distance to Wuning Road metro station and convenient stores,a pharmacy and restaurants nearby. The hotel staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. They went above and beyond to assist me order food on the app to be delivered to the hotel. They hotel also offer airport transfer but I used the metro as I want still sight-seeing. The room was extremely comfortable and offered multiples light settings based on your preference. The AC was strong and the multimedia sevice was great. I am pleased with this hotel as I changed hotel last minute to this hotel as I was not satisfied with another hotel I booked across the city. I would recommend this hotel to everyone and would stay here everytime i come to Shanghai! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The hotel boasts stunning surroundings, and the staff are exceptionally welcoming—they gave us lots of helpful tips for exploring the area.

Breakfast is not as good as the one offered in other similar hotels. That said, the room is super clean with nice classic decorations

Hotel was ok, very quiet, not too many people around. Staff were helpful. Breakfast was ok, not great. Gym was average and run down. Only there for one night so can’t comment much more.
