We checked in and they told me my reservation was canceled. They attempted to charge my card one day before our arrival and it was declined. I made the reservation months in advance for concert and had since received fraud charges and cancelled the card. Instead of the hotel contacting me about it they just cancelled my room!! No where when I made the reservation did it say they would charge my card the day before. And who doesn’t call the customer before they cancel your room? The concert is as a very popular one and there were no other rooms available in town. Luckily, they were able to give me our room back! I will never go back there again.

This was the second time my husband and I stayed here and it was great. The staff is very nice and welcoming. This time there was a little puppy greater as well that we all adored. The rooms are clean and seem to be well maintained. The jacuzzi wasn’t working at the time but the pool was nice and they had floats available which my daughter loved.

Clean room, and easy check in process. They offer you at glass of wine at check in. This is a remodeled motel and they did a great job doing it. Very cute community space by the front desk with comfotable seating areas, board games, coffee, tea and microwave. There is a great outdoor space as well with a firepit, cornhole, patio table and food truck. It did not get 5 stars because of the stairs to room with no elevator available, no hot tub, and when we got up for breakfast it looked like the seating aarea outside had not been cleaned up by late night guests - there were empty bottles left out.

This is located in a beautiful area on the Columbia River with walking and biking paths and well maintained parks along the river.
