Room is clean but smelled like vinegar when we go in. Had to air it out. The AC doesn’t go very low so gets warm at night. The shower set up was interesting because there’s nothing keeping water from splashing. Pool is nice. The hotel is outside of the old town but walkable to the center so it was nice.

From the front desk gentleman who helped us with our rental car, to check in and hotel staff, helpful and very attentive The facility is gorgeous and our room was lovely and the hotel staff was wonderful and professional. I do have some criticism (with the high rating of the hotel) about the kitchen and bar wait staff at the cafe (lunch) and (breakfast). Some seemed inexperienced and didn't know entirely how to service a room of patrons. I think the restaurant, breakfast and bar could use a "captain" to give the young staff some training on how to service guests while emphasizing details. we did not eat dinner in the formal dining room which seemed to have pro staff. I observed guests not happy while we ate breakfast and a bit frustrated. We asked repeatedly for coffee and other items. While the staff seemed quite busy re-filling up the buffet, some be sent to turn their attention at times on the guests, and better prioritized and that may just be training, circling back and seeing what guests may need. Some guests were forgotten in the outdoor section and came in twice to remind. Other guests were left trying to flag down the staff and remind them they had ordered something. The one young girl at lunch out side stacked all the dirty dishes on our table twice while clearing the food and generally seemed to lack confidence on how to serve the lunch and wine properly. But, we loved the hotel and this can be easily fixed- we will return. thank you

Very nice staff and hotel . Restaurant was an experience not to be forgotten :) Very well done . Andree

The staff was friendly and helpful. The classic room was small, perfunctory and old - but very adequate. Breakfast was delicious and a highlight. Dinner at La Vieille Fontaine was also delicious with very interesting tastes and an excellent bottle of wine.

Loved everything about it. The staff, location, food and above everything the tranquility !!

One of our best stays during our France trip! Very helpful and kind staff. A relaxing place to really enjoy! Pros: the place itself, staff, beautiful rooms and garden, pool, breakfast. Cons: a little of a walk to the city center.. but not bad overall. 10/10 stay (also went with our 8 month old daughter)

Room was amazing - great size and fantastic bathroom
