We had a great stay! This is a very relaxed, laid-back resort that’s perfect if you’re looking to unwind. If you want more excitement, I’d recommend booking a few excursions while you’re there and then coming back to enjoy the resort’s great food and drinks. The swim-up suite was definitely worth it and made the experience even better. A special shoutout to Karina, Anthony, Francesca, and Mike they were all amazing, friendly, and always willing to help. Their excellent service made our trip even more enjoyable!

Excellence el carmen es un hotel magnífico además de la atención por parte de todos los trabajadores Lo único que deberian de advertir sobre el sargazo existente ya que no es posible bañarse asi en la playa Pero todo lo demás como atención, comida y la estadía es muy buena

El hotel y su personal son muy amables y serviciales. El ambiente es bien familiar, tranquilo y ameno. Está Esta es mi 8 vez que vengo y vuelvo el año próximo.
