I like this property. I had a problem with the lady renting me the apartment. It was a big property and I tried to get clarification but she was very un accommodating and rude. On day of check out I tried to ask why I was moved last minute as soon as I arrived to the country they changed my reservation and only told me once I arrived to property. The place was very beautiful but I was disappointed with the lady I communicated with. She was unprofessional and did not want to help at all

The room was extremely comfortable and spacious. Not to mention that it was well kept and super clean. The bed and sheets were very comfortable. They give you a golf car per room, so that’s convenient. We only tried buffet breakfast one day, they had many options, nothing fancy but they have options.

House Keeping Excellent!

This is an excellent property, the right size, amazing amenities, wonderful staff. Deserves the 5 star rating.

The food wasn’t good. Italian restaurant was really bad. The staff on the kids club was amazing, those ladies are the best. Same with the staff ath the kids pool, amazing

Just book it everything was fantastic!! and get this. I didn’t have one mosquito bite my entire stay! The property does a great job at keeping pest away. The resort is nice and pristine, from my room with the pool to the common pool to the beach area I have no complaints! Of course this is hurricane season, so there is an abundance of seaweed, but that is not at the fault of the facility. You can see where they have actively been removing the seaweed, but not at the cost of eroding the shoreline. It’s just one of those things.

Majestic Mirage was a very nice resort with helpful staff. They also tended to our allergy inquiries and requests for our young kids.

Todo excelente, la atención del personal es de primera, la comida muy buena. Solo que estaba molesto es el sonido del aire acondicionado en la habitación que era molesto. Por lo demás todo estuvo muy acogedor y con muchas actividades.
