El Nido Vacation Packages

my number one impression was the cleanliness of the rooms and inside the property...don't let the exterior fool you. staff was respectful and attentive. owner went out of us way to accommodate our traveling arrangements back to Puerto princessa

very nice staff

Pretty disappointed. Like someone mentioned before the concept is very good and the property itself was also cool. But the room did not smell very pleasant (moldy), no soap in the shower, two towels for a 3 person room and they were all stained, the front staff was not that friendly, the wifi did not work once and neither did the TV- when we asked the staff nothing was done. I personally did not think the price I paid reflected the quality I received. They did arrange a wonderful day tour for us and the overall vibe of the hotel is nice but just be mindful when booking.

The location is a little outside of town where guests can enjoy quiet and privacy but easily accessible to tricycle. The hotel provides a shuttle to town and back which is very convenient. The staff were very attentive and helpful. I wish they could schedule to turn on and heat the pool. Other than that, it was a great stay!

Book this resort ! Yes it is expensive but the experience is first class! The staff are amazing and so very attentive, bar staff were amazing and attentive, food was top notch and our beach front villa amazing! Housekeeping came twice a day and really did a phenomenal job! Cauayan is top notch from pick up in El Nido to the return to El Nido . Spa ladies were great and our 2 hour massages so amazing! Resort offers free kayaking and mask and snorkels to use during your stay!
