The customer service at the hotel was excellent. I also enjoyed the nicely air conditioned room. The hotel is away from the hustle bustle of the center, but only 2 1/2 blocks away. The view from the restaurant is outstanding.

Me gustó mucho el ligar, lo único malo y que creo no es algo que pueda importarles a todos es que la playa es de piedras y no de arena por concecuencia no puedes entrar al mar tan fácilmente por lo demás está perfecto para mi gusto

Salvadorians were very nice, welcoming,and excited to see people of color. Staff and guests asked us why we traveled there and were excited to welcome us there, especially since the country has gone through a huge transition (for the netter) with the current president. The hotel does not provide an iron in your room,they charge 1.50 for each article of clothing.

Entrance was a bit hard to find but other than that the staff was very kind and helpful. Amazing place to stay and very clean

The staff was so nice. The front desk was helpful with planning and getting information with things we wanted to do during our stay. They went above and beyond what we expected. Recommend 10/10.
