We thought Tim, the owner was great! All contact with staff was efficient and helpful. There is a large community space that we enjoyed. The breakfast was not what we loved. The private space was large and the separate tub and shower with double sinks was great. The room was bright. It is a bit of a work in progress but in the end it worked very well.

Resort was wonderful. Beds were comfortable; however the room not as clean as I would expect of a resort of this class. Main bathroom needed a deep clean and there was substantial spider webs around the higher windows. Our room was above the indoor parkade and the electric door was very loud and interrupted our sleep many times during our stay.

Location and parking. Staff was good.

I am very happy with the accommodations. I personally require simple, clean, quiet, no fuss facilities, and that requirement was met exceptionally. I very much look forward to another stay.

Beautiful property with great amenities. After 5 days of exploring the Rockies, it was nice coming to this hotel to relax. Loved sitting by the fireplace overlooking the mountains. The room was so nicely decorated and very cozy yet luxurious. Will definitely come back.

Beautiful summer stay with the views and walks. Communication is smooth and helpful. The bed is comfortable, the kitchen well appointed, and the underground garage is a nice amenity. The room was overall clean and ‘checks the boxes’ but it feels a bit tired. My recommendations would be to replace the worn towels, replace the shower curtain (which was a liner) because the bottom is looking stained, and please clean the overhead fan with its thick layer of visible dust. It would be nice if the main tv can be mounted so it can pivot for easier viewing. The tv in the bedroom turned on but was not connected to view any channels. The lamp switch in the bedroom is broken. These updates, along with updated artwork to make it feel more warm and welcoming, would make the unit more desirable for us to return.
