The staff is nice but execution of services is very poor for a 5-start hotel costing $1k+ per night. If you request for housekeeping to clean the room, it takes half a day until they get to it. Laundry isn't returned automatically, it requires follow up calls as well. It feels the hotel is understaffed when it comes to room services. The people at the reception and the concierge are very helpful though.

12/10 experience here. The air conditioning was huge added bonus. The staff was great to talk to. I would book this place again if I come back. This is the place you want to book if you expect to be out whole day and back at the hotel to sleep at night.
