A very good hotel within easy walking distance of all the major things to see in Bilbao.

Hotel was lovely, staff at bar/ restaurant were distracted with each other out back so had to get help from main reception just to pay but otherwise pleasant stay

At $130-$250 I would rate this stay better, but for the prices and value for money, service, and lack of amenities plus a rooftop that is nothing like the photos, I can’t rate this hotel favorably. The photos of the lobby are as great as it is in real life but the rest of the hotel doesn’t have the same quality. Cheap linens, lumpy towels, stained area rugs etc. Black mold in the room didn’t help, and they ended up moving our room three times as a result due to needing to keep us on the same “category”. No apologies, no sorry, no nothing. Again, for the right price, a fine property.

The floor in the room was dirty. Behind the door was visible dirt and hair. Also the shower had mold around the shower pan. Other than that it was very clean.

Nice hotel, but too far outside the town for what we wanted. Once we worked out the buses it was fine but taxis scarce
