The property is a 3 minute drive from the airport but it's not walkable, so you must take one of their shuttles which drives every 15 minutes. The hotel itself is nice but the heater in my room wasn't working.

Convenient location.

They claim to have a sauna but what you find there has nothing to do with a sauna, I am afraid. Apart from that, everything was terrific: food, rooms, staff. :-)

Our flight into Johannesburg was delayed by 24 hours, and the desk staff was especially helpful in rearranging our reservations. This was so helpful at a time when we were tired and frustrated.

The staff are amazing…friendly, helpful and warm. We loved the beautiful gardens and terrace off every room. The food was excellent too. Thanks so much, we’ll be back!

This was a nice hotel and we really enjoyed the full breakfast that was included. However, when we left, I asked if they would arrange for a shuttle. But they arranged for was a car that cost literally three times as much as an Uber. So we departed, feeling almost scammed ( though declined their overpriced taxi in favor of a nice Uber driver of our own choosing). The location of the hotel is nice because it’s connected to the mall. Though I doubt I would ever stay there again after that little scam they tried to pull at the very end.
