Breakfast in the morning was like a zoo. Poorly organized and food was mediocre. Lobby bar was excellent

Great property in the heart of Toronto. Walkable to most everything you want to see or do, and the area feels comfortable. Multiple restaurants and food choices nearby and close to St Lawrence market for fresh food. Convenient to transit and the train station. Well supported by reception and access instructions clearly communicated. The unit was clean, modern, tastefully furnished and quiet. Fully stocked kitchen with new appliances and coffee choices. Washer/dryer in the room with supplies provided. It is self catering, but essential supplies are located conveniently and available for restocking. All staff members at reception during our stay were so helpful and pleasant. I would absolutely choose to stay here again.

The lobby doesn't have much of a sitting area. The location of the hotel has the major disadvantage of having many homeless and drug addicted people lingering in the neighborhood. It makes it somewhat unsafe to walk alone in the evening. Other than that, the hotel was very clean and comfortable.

Love the property. Lobby and bar was a great ambiance and rooms were very clean.
