Everything is excellent for me. Staff is very helpful. Breakfast is good. Room is clean and spacious. The price is good. Laundry is free and in good condition. Location is good to eat, visit and shopping. I will stay again with my group of friend next time.

Helpfullness is fully there. I never once felt confused or intimidated to ask for help. Friendly staff and very knowledgeable. Rooms are always kept clean. I don't eat breakfast so cant contribute much there. The gym is a bit lack luster but might be renovations and you won't be there all day. For a good homebase this is a 10/10. Just be aware that the Chinese culture is very different and that cant be reflected on the hotel. If you are staying short or long term I definitely recommend them.

Very walkable location. Close to everything you would want to do downtown. Clean room, Clean bedding and bathroom.

We had room 301. Amazing views but the treadmill didn't work. The room was very clean and had a nice platform to drink tea and enjoy the views. There is also a jacuzzi to enjoy. The room is very big and spacious.

We had the most wonderful experience, Andy (the manager) was in direct contact with us even before the trip and he arranged for our pick up even when we changed the departure point at the last minute. He made our honeymoon absolutely lovely and special at this hotel! The room was absolutely wonderful, large, with amazing views. The facilities are breathtaking, swimming pool was great. The best part was just walking through the hotel and feeling like being in a palace everyday. The area for the breakfast buffet was stunning and the staff were always beyond amazing ☺️ I highly recommend this hotel to everyone visiting the area, great experience overall!

What was unique about this place is the staff, spechially Tiffany. She helped us alot during our stay.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Zhangjiajie National Park Nvue Resorts. The location is fantastic—peaceful and relaxed, yet incredibly close to the park’s Middle Gate. Right behind the property, there are lovely walking and hiking paths that lead to scenic rice fields, local coffee shops, and restaurants. At the same time, it is highly convenient for visiting downtown and other top attractions like 72 Qilou and Huanglong Cave. The hotel's restaurant is also excellent, serving traditional local Tujia food that you absolutely must try at least once during your stay. What sets this resort apart is the flawless customer service. The staff speaks excellent English, and we were able to seamlessly communicate with them via WeChat both before and during our stay to answer any questions. Since we were only visiting for the weekend, we hired Robert as our park guide for a day. He did an amazing job tailoring the itinerary to our preferences and ensuring we got the full Zhangjiajie experience in a short timeframe. For the rest of the weekend, he went above and beyond acting as our informal concierge—suggesting great local spots to eat and visit, arranging tickets, and offering advice that made our stay unforgettable. We will definitely be back!
