The staff was amazing and ready to assist. check-in/out was questionable front desk does not engage with customers. food was good, not a lot of options but has quality. rooms were renovated and spacious. based on what we paid i would say 8.2/10.

We had a wonderful stay at Concorde De Luxe Resort. The food was amazing, with a huge variety of options available throughout the day. There was always something different to choose from and the quality was excellent. The beach was beautiful and very enjoyable, and the staff were consistently friendly, polite and helpful. There were a few areas that could be improved. The main pool is quite deep, around 140 cm, which made it difficult for younger children to comfortably enjoy the pool. The water slides could also do with an upgrade, as the colours are faded and they are starting to look dated. We also noticed that the mirrors in our room were not cleaned properly and could have been maintained to a higher standard. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and especially loved the food, beautiful beach and excellent service.

The property is outdated and requires refurbishment. Room provided at first had drainage issue with outside light not working. That makes it hazards in dark corner of the property. Second room was good enough but again stairs to room were sloppy making it hazards. We were offered upgrade to room where air conditioning wasn't working properly and noone attended to complaint. The staff are pretty much aware of issues with property especially rooms but not bothered about it especially for customers from Europe as only client base is Russia. All mattresses are of spring and sagging, that makes it uncomfortable. Outdoor pool, beach side area were nice while spa area with hamman is acceptable. Food was good but most sweets were repeated on weekdays and hardly any change. Good thing was that there was 24/7 restaurant. Not going to recommend based on poor quality of rooms.

The hotel was beautiful however the rooms are old and tired. Actually the rooms in my opinion are horrible. But the staff pool and beach are beautiful.

Positives: fantastic variety and quality of food. You won’t go hungry at all. Beach area is very nice. Hammam and massage were excellent. Negatives: Service from staff is extremely variable. Language barrier doesn’t help (most don’t speak English ). Facilities very tired and not updated - tennis/table tennis rackets and balls unusable. Gym very dated with old/broken machines . Indoor pool very cold in April (though advertised as heated). Door to sauna broken. Cheap coffee and alcohol. Needed a wheelchair for my mum - caused a huge amount of confusion amongst staff. Overall more like a 3/4 star hotel with 3 star service.Certainly not 5 star. Would’ve been extremely disappointed if I’d paid full price ( got a special last minute deal). Reminded us of a sunny version of Fawlty Towers. Won’t be returning.
