Room very clean. Bed comfortable. Location great. Staff very nice. Breakfast filling, simple.

Hot tub was very nice but busy

Room didn't have soap for the bathroom, which is fine by the way, but when I asked the front desk they were unable to assist so I had to go out and buy my own soap! Also, when checking out and putting my stuff in the car, a staff member came out and told me to settle up at the front desk. They didn't want to honor my Expedia transaction and asked me to pay for the two nights at a much higher rate. After a bit of back and fourth, and showing proof of the transaction, they finally agreed to let it go. They weren't rude or anything, they just didn't know how to process things through Expedia. They are under new management, which is very obvious, so book with a little understanding until they are more established.

Our room was clean and the staff was friendly. The hotel is in a good location as well.

Brilliant from start to finish. These are top notch accommodations. The whole vision conceived by the three owners was executed beautifully with attention to every need you could want as a traveller. And the continental breakfast is to die for. Kudos to the Hospitality Maven, whose name we’ve forgotten (although that’s a great official title). Whatever you think of when you see “continental breakfast,” forget it. Confession: we likely took more than our fair share of complimentary chips and candies. Please forgive. We didn’t get around to using the sauna, but will next trip.
