Great location. Building was recently renovated with tasteful design. Another plus is the common area with a coffee machine, microwaves and a dishwasher. However, the „kitchenette“ in the room (microwave and fridge) doesn’t help if there isn’t any cutlery in the room. Also the exhaust fan is only active in the morning (waking everybody up) - so don’t shower in the evening because otherwise your bathroom stays humid until 6 am. Family room is 20 sqm (as shown in the offer) - but this includes the bathroom and the space under the sloping roof, i.e. 25% cannot be use. And last but not least: there is no elevator…

What an eclectic gem in the heart of Bergen! From the moment we arrived with a group of 6, the staff couldn’t do enough for us to make our stay memorable. We have stayed in boutique hotels in many European countries, and this was one, if not thee, best. From the great location-a 5 minute walk to Bryggen- to the wonderful included breakfast, to the one-of-a-kind decor,this was a treat. Our only complaint was that we were only staying 1 night before a cruise.. The staff always had smiles on their faces, and they truly made you feel like going the extra mile for our group was no problem. Alexandra greeted us like long lost family. I know this is a “gushing” review, but is deserved. I picked this hotel by its 4.8/5 rating on Trip Advisor, and it deserves a 6/5. If boutique hotels are up your alley, don’t miss it!

Amazing staff and clean rooms!

We had such a wonderful stay from start to finish! The moment you walk in, you’re greeted by a super quaint and charming lobby area that instantly puts you at ease. It’s the perfect spot to sit back, relax, and unwind with a drink after a long day of exploring. The location of this hotel is a 10/10. Our group highly recommends this property for your stay in Bergen!

Property was clean and well situated in the city. I recommend booking a balcony room overlooking the park. Beautiful views. Pool is shown as an amenity, but there is a charge to use. This seems excessive considering the daily room price.

The host were very friendly and helpful, the view from our room was excellent. Good breakfast. Would definitely recommend.

The rooms are too dark. It’s strange.
