Food was more expensive than I thought, but so is everything in Bermuda. Hotel was excellent and better than expected. Good location, great staff. Easy to relax.

Best beach ever!!! Wow!

My wife and stayed here for a few nights while we explored the island. It was perfect. Super clean, the staff were exceptional. The morning coffee/bagel place was unreal. Make sure you try the pizza parlour onsite. Great location, we walked all around.

The views are stunning and the property clean; I especially loved the daily housekeeping. That being said , the property looks tired, most of the staff of the hotel seemed unhappy to be there, and the location was very inconvenient; the ferry to Hamilton was helpful but there was a long break in the middle of the day where it didn’t run and it didn’t run at all on Sundays! The shuttle to the golf course was free but I never found out if it went anywhere else and the interior looked dirty and very old. The golf course itself was masterfully designed but not in the best shape; it had quite a few weeds around the greens and the sand bunkers were more like mud traps. That being said it was very challenging and we enjoyed our round. The Bahamas are VERY expensive and we had to take a taxi to pretty much go anywhere; it would have been nice to at least have transportation to and from the airport provided. We left a day early!

Property was lovely, large pool plenty of loungers. Beach is 20 minute drive away. Designated shuttle times. Not convenient at all. Shuttle driver will not allow you to sit on the bus more than 5 minutes before scheduled departure from beach so you are asked to line up in heat while the driver sits in the bus…. Obligatory gratuity service fees daily added as well as mandatory 17% gratuity on every service and bill. Housekeeping was hit and miss but always ready to help when asked.

Staff was very helpful and considerate
