The hotel is in quiet location with many restaurant and shopping options. The staff at the front desk can use additional training. Made guests wait at the front desk for several minutes before showing up.

The Comfort Inn in Florence SC was a good choice for a night’s stay on our trip north from Florida. It is a very clean, well-maintained property. It is located near a regional conference center so there are lots of choices for food and retail like pharmacies, etc. We stayed on a Saturday night and did not hear any road noise or any overnight noise from other guests. They staff was very friendly. Checking in and out was easy. They have coffee and tea available 24/7 IYKYK!

The Inn was most adequate for my two overnight visits. My room was spacious and comfortable for several options for sitting. I had my dog with me and he was comfortable as well. The hotel was very quiet. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. In particular Tahjma (sp?) who checked me in on both of my overnight stays and helped me when I changed rooms (the bed light lamp was not working in the first room) and when much later when I discovered I had left my personal pillow in the first room. Many thanks to her.
