Stayed based on “excellent” reviews on Hotels.com. Is this the same place? Dirty hotel, horrible area, did not feel safe, room was filthy, breakfast was minimal and not as expected. I won’t be relying on Hotel.com reviews anymore. It’s the reason I stayed here. What a waste of $$$. Look elsewhere. Stay in Florence around mall.

Everything was ok, but there was things that could be done to make things better. When you purchase non-refundable room, it would be nice if the key was ready and waiting for you. We waited in line at least 15 minutes, then took another 10 minutes to get us the key. Room: mattress needs to be rotated/renewed, cobwebs in corners, tv should be bigger, more bath towels, at least 4 (we had 2). The parking lot could be cleaned up and the landscaping better. It's ok for the price, I guess.

Outside of the room and door were dirty/ stained. Door and door frame are in disrepair with the door seal torn and door had to be forced open/shut. Overall, though, the room inside was clean and comfortable. We did not use the TV or wifi. Staff were courteous. Continental breakfast was sufficient.

The price can't be beat at this inexpensive hotel. It is very clean, the rooms and lobbies have all been redone and it is extremely well cared for. The breakfast is a light cut the little breakfast and the best suits you then this is a great hotel to stay at
