Our room, while comfortable, was actually pretty shabby. There was damage to the one wall, the carpet was coming up at the threshold under the door, and the cabinetry on the room was really beat up and not well kept. While The furniture on the lobby was pretty neat up too, the breakfast provided was excellent!

The Park Inn was nice enough and clean. But the slightly worn condition of some furniture would preclude a rating of 9.2. It probably should be slightly lower, around 8.9 - 9.0.
