Shyster hotel

This hotel cancelled my reservation, claimed expedia cancalled reservation by declining my card. Even though i had receipt, conformation #, I was not only person in lobby they had sone this to. Its ok hotel.com got me a great rate/room at Hilton Garden in a much better location.
