Our hotel room was a prepaid stay through Hotels.com. However, the hotel charged three charges to our credit card upon checkin. We asked why we needed to run our card more than the one time for incidentals. The gentleman checking us in told us their system wasn’t working properly. It’s a very unnerving situation trying to get this resolved after checking my credit card account and finding the fraudulent charges.

I gave it four stars because they was a five dollar parking fee that’s charged on the credit card you leave for incidentals I was not aware of the parking fee.
