Our hotel room was a prepaid stay through Hotels.com. However, the hotel charged three charges to our credit card upon checkin. We asked why we needed to run our card more than the one time for incidentals. The gentleman checking us in told us their system wasn’t working properly. It’s a very unnerving situation trying to get this resolved after checking my credit card account and finding the fraudulent charges.
