Full blown construction site and you pay full price to stay… you hear the sanders start up early!!! Dusty hall ways and entrance is a mess.. it’s a full blown construction site stay somewhere else

The inn is definitely under construction but the staff are doing all they can to make everyone comfortable in the midst of the mess. We came back to the inn midday when they were installing new air conditioners and they promptly switched ours out quickly and efficiently so we could get our Afternoon rest. Breakfast area was thoroughly cleaned each morning and breakfast was great…sausage, eggs, biscuits, waffles. Warm clean towels were dropped off also! Check-in was easy and the staff are clearly working under difficult conditions. To be honest, our first impression was “no, this isn’t right” but the staff made our two days there great and we embraced the mess as progress. Our room was beautifully remodeled and comfortable. The inn will be amazing when the remodel is done!

After checking in and getting to our room we discovered we were given a double queen instead of the king that was reserved. Front desk said she couldn’t do anything cause I reserved a double queen thru Expedia which I didn’t. The tub in the bathroom had a build up of gunk around the drain. When checking out I mentioned to the front desk the problem we had the night before with the reservation and she said the reason we were given a double queen room is because there were no kings available. I wish they would make a decision on the reason our reservation was not honored. Also, the hotel is under renovation which was not mentioned when making the reservation. The workers were working and making noise until 7pm and started the next morning before 9. I would not recommend this hotel.

Hotel is currently under renovation and it eas a mess. Our room was fine but the other areas were certainly not. Breakfast was effected by the renovation as well. Very limited food and space. I’m sure when the renovation is complete it will be much better.

The hotel was under construction and the fumes in the room were overpowering. Made it difficult to breathe and sleep. The bathtub had a large stain and there was a dirty washcloth hanging from the shower curtain rod.

Noisy, noisy, noisy. Woken up to someone else's alarm clock at 5:30am on Saturday. Woke up to someone operating a backpack leaf blower on the grounds at 7am on Sunday morning. Housekeepers are very noisy with their carts. Doors are not sealed to keep out noise. If you want to sleep in in the morning, this is not the place to stay for you. Everything else is quite ordinary and normal.

They had a note on the door that they was going through construction so sorry about the noise but the main issue was we got a room because we drove and was up for about 14 hours and just wanted somewhere to lay out head and get some sleep so we was ready to go for about the same hours of being up and driving again the next day and it was so light in our room we couldnt get much sleep. no drapes on the window and 3 street lamps right outside our window shining in our eyes.
