The staff is very friendly. I like that it is close to the airport and the cruise port, which is the main reason I picked this hotel. It's very clean and smells good! :) I would definitely come back. The overall experience was great!

Front desk staff are nice but I don’t think they have been trained well. They don’t keep cash available for change—I needed change of a $20 to leave a tip for housekeeping. Instead of telling me to ask the valets, they told me to ask the person who runs the cruise excusions—and there was a long line of people ahead of me at the cruise desk, all of whom were paying with cards so the possibility they had change was highly unlikely. If I was working the front desk I might have known that the valets probably had change and I’d have called down to prepare them—or I’d make sure the front desk had change. Take care of housekeeping, Aloft!

This hotel is wonderful in many ways. It’s within close proximity to the port and the airport. The rooms were clean, newly designed and beautiful. The lobby and bar area is also aesthetically pleasing. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and would recommend it.

I’ve stayed at Aloft properties before in my city so I was secure in my choice for my visit to Florida. The staff were amazing. Michelle from the front desk down to the bartenders Giovanni, Summer & Reggie and the cleaning staff Sorel as well.
