My stay at [AVID HOTEL] was fantastic! Kendall at the front desk was incredibly helpful and welcoming, making my check-in smooth and enjoyable. Her friendly personality and local tips enhanced my experience immensely. The hotel was clean and comfortable, but it was Kendall's outstanding service that made my visit truly special. Family soccer tournament

Upon arrival AC didntwork. LVP tiles were coming up Window shade was broken. Would only give us 2 bsth towels even though 3 were registered in the room. Our 3 day stay, beds were never made . Garbage only taken out once. Breakfast was frozrn dried out potatoes and sausage. Eggs were imitation. Menu never changed
