The front desk staff was truly amazing. The rooms though were outdated has carpet with some stains. Bathrooms are also outdated. The best part of the room is the ocean front view.

Overall an average hotel. The carpet in our room was really dirty. I’m guessing they rarely vacuum Woman at Front desk deemed a coworkers conversation about personal issues more important than checking us in. We waited a few minutes for that conversation to finally end. Location was good.

The elevators are simply in adequate I spent more time waiting for them and on them Then I stayed there they are so inconvenient I wouldn’t stay again And the stairs were not a option due to once your in the stairwell you can re enter the building

Room was clean. My only complaint is that I found the room too cool and I wasn't able to change the the temperature warmer but I could make it cooler. The hot water wasn't that hot resulting in a cooler shower.

I have stay at this hotel before and have always enjoyed my stay. This time my shower was clogged and would not drain on the first night which makes me wonder why they didn’t catch it when cleaning the shower between occupants but they sent someone to fix it within a reasonable time. There are lots of dining options nearby which are walkable and the beach is across the street with a walkway to cross over the street if you want to use it.

BAD EXPERIENCE HERE !! Sat freezing for hours in room waiting for heat to come up -called and were told property engineer would come to room. Never did, went to front desk and found out he just went home instead. Was only then informed room did not have ANY heater whatsoever They offered to bring space heater to room. I waited at front desk instead for it, after waiting there they could not produce a space heater either. They then move us to other building around midnight, and proceeded to upcharge us add’l $45/night. We got scammed and taken advantage of - would recommend going anywhere else in Ft L Beach.
