The room it was not ready at 4 and they pretend that I have to pay $50 extra to move my room to another building that has available rooms… I explained to the hotel that I needed the room I was with my child and finally the can give me a room but this was unacceptable They pretend that I wait around to hours more for my room

I booked an oceanfront room, but when I arrived, I was taken to a small building in the hotel parking lot. The room was disappointing and had a view of a run-down marina, not the ocean as I expected. The place was in bad shape and there was a constant loud noise coming from the air conditioning or some other machinery. It certainly did not feel like a $480 room.

I liked the property and the location. We took my son on Spring Break and this hotel was away from the crowd next to the marina. We had a marina view which was nice. But $50 to self park plus $3.50 for parking tax is ridiculous if you're staying there. On top of a $41.81 resort fee with tax per day and a high tide fee of $71.25! Add an extra $500 for a 4 night stay!! I would not have stayed here had I known that it would be that expensive! The staff was super nice and the rooms weren't bad at all. It was the price for me! I would have stayed somewhere else that was a lot nicer for that price!

The perfect place to stay while waiting for your cruise. Short walk to beach and restaurants and close to main strip but far enough away that it’s quiet. We stayed for 3 nights with our kids and enjoyed 2 amazing days at the beach. Staff are friendly , beach chairs and towels were a nice bonus and the cookie was delicious!
