Hotel was clean but older building. Thin walls. Room was decent with upgraded bathroom. Air conditioner was not good. Good breakfast choices. Pool area was a good size with lots of seating. Cheap cab ride from Cruise Port. Free airport shuttle was excellent. Walk to restaurants is ideal.

This Best Western is a dump of a hotel. as soon as you enter the second floor, off the lift, the moldy smell of dampness, humidity hits you and the room stinks the same way too. Front desk staff are untrained and rude and obnoxious. This must have been a dump that got rebranded Best Western. Will never stay here again. Below the class of a Best Western hotel and expectations.

We only stayed for1 night but the experience was good. The front desk was very accommodating to our needs. We wouldn't mind staying there again. We arrived very late at abt 9:30pm, starving for something to eat. Luckily there were two restaurants nearby at a walking distance for us to grab something to eat. It literally was a 5 minutes walk so it was very inconvenient.

Older property, hallway reeked of cigarette smoke which filtered into the room; key did not work next morning, had to have it rekeyed. Did not feel safe to park long term.

Facility is pretty worn. Only one person on duty so no answer on phone to ask for the shuttle to the property. A shuttle finally came and it served several properties. Check in was slow, four couples and the phone kept ringing. Charge for shuttle to port. $260 for one night, not worth it.

Only stayed there for 1 night, long layover flight. The room was good, not great, with all the things needed for a night sleep. Front desk guy, well informative, not friendly, but answered the questions, and booked our shuttle. Drivers of shuttle. Both not good. In the afternoon, an older guy, with bad driving habits, hard accelerating and hard stopping, I actually became a little car sick. The morning driver (we asked for the 6am shuttle), Was on time, but we had to stop at other hotel to pickup guests. He drove against de street direction, just to cut a little turn around. It was 6.15 am, no cars in the street, but anyways drove 150-200 feet against the direction. NOT GOOD. It's a suggestion to check on your drivers.
