Needs a lot of work!

The room had a very musty smell as soon as we walked in, tried to get a different room but they said there were non available, the bedding was clean but it’s a very old and run down hotel which surprised us because of it being a Best Western they usually are very nice to stay in.

We were placed in a room right next to the train tracks. Trains ran all night long. The room was average and had no countertop in the bathroom, and no place to put our toiletries. Breakfast was included but had limited seating and limited choices for breakfast. Did not get much rest and only had some scrambled eggs for breakfast. Will not stay here again. Need updated

We stayed a week and it was nice. The facility is self is high maintenance but the staff is very friendly and did everything to make our stay comfortable. It also feel like their is staff everywhere all the time so that's good. Overall We had a nice room with good amenities, the lobby and dining area are desant, good breakfast and nice swimming pool.

Terrible experience

The Hotel did not match the photos posted. The hotel has RR track right behind it and the trains shack your room. The room is out dated, worn and smells of mold. This hotel should be closed.

Where do I even begin? Our experience at this place was absolutely terrible. The room had both roaches and rats, which was completely unacceptable. We were promised a cot for our son in case he wanted to sleep alone, but when we arrived, they claimed they had none available. When we reported the rodent and insect issue, the night manager’s attitude was appalling—rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional toward both my husband and me. We requested a refund, but he told us we had to leave in order to get one—at 3 AM, with nowhere else to go. This was, without a doubt, the worst place we’ve ever stayed. Save yourself the trouble—don’t waste your time or money here.

We arrived back from a cruise early on February 9. We had a reservation at the Best Western but check in time is 3:00 pm. The front desk clerk was awesome and got us into our room by noon. We were very appreciative.
