Rude kitchen statf

Check in was pleasant, however our bed had a horrible smell. Like a dead mouse. Mentioned it to the front desk and they said they’d check it out the next day. I was fine with that, where things went downhill was in the morning at breakfast. The lady at the breakfast area was quite rude to us. She would say something to me then turn to her coworker and say something in Spanish and laugh. She then said our breakfast wasn’t included. I pulled out my booking and showed her it was. She said “ no, I’m going to charge you for it” she then walked to the front desk and appeared to help herself to a computer. I walked over and again showed her it was included. She again said “ no it’s not”. I raised my voice and this got the attention of the desk clerk. I tried to show on my booking it was included, the kitchen staff then tried to grab my phone from my hand. I said “ don’t touch my phone, you can see it there” she then said something in Spanish and walked away. Again, most of the staff were great, but we won’t return simply because of her.
