2nd stay at this place

This hotel would be great if they could Just get it together. We stay here because it’s convenient with family close by. I was given one of the remodeled rooms. It had a dehumidifier that was not emptied by the staff so it kept beeping as soon as we walked in. I had to empty it myself. This trip the internet didn’t work, the tv only started working as we were checking out. Sounds small but it’s big to a 10 year old and a student with assignments to do, The staff is always helpful and the breakfast is good. (Just early). It’s in a convenient location with gas, stores, beach and restaurants close by. It just needs to finish the upgrading.

My room had no hot water and it’s smelled like a dirty carpet. I’m too of that over $325 was held and no one explained that the deposit would be that much. The staff was friendly but that’s about it. When I first arrived it w we a man on the side of the building rolling blunts and people out front. That wasn’t the greeting I expected.

The hotel was very smelly. Like moldy. And there is a strip club directly across the street from it. The bed sheets were super itchy. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

Good morning! I was very disappointed with the hotel. The room was all moldy and smelled unbearable. The TV didn't work, we asked for help and they couldn't fix it. We couldn't take a shower because there was no water coming out. And to make matters worse, I was eating at the table in the room and there was a cockroach walking across the table. My family and I couldn't sleep because of the very strong smell of mold. It was a horrible experience.

OK but very loud washing machine (off bakance) shakes the walks and floor in room 206. I know you want to save money but j ust replace it. Also cleaning crew above 206 moving chairs around on tiled floor etc at all hours. Simple fixes can make this hotel better.

Nice staff, clean room, convenient for my purpose. However, the property is getting old and needs an upgrade. For example, our bathroom sink took an age to drain and you had to be a contortion artist to reach the toilet paper when sitting on the toilet.
