The stay was absolutely amazing! The staff went above and beyond. “Elizabeth” at the front desk was knowledgeable of the area and recommended tasty places to go eat. Eduardo provided service to us every day at breakfast as if we were in a 5 star restaurant. He was wonderful and these two employees stood out most for us. The only downside to the stay was the pillows were horrid. Other than that everything was truly amazing!

The bed sheets were dirty , the shower has hair on the tub and it was also not cleaned. Property needs improvement, like painting, changing carpets, clean the cigarrete smell around the whole property.

Stayed 6 nights, i have stayed here in the past and nothing has changed. The room was outdated, absolutely no staff came to check if we needed the trash taken out. We had to ask 3 times for our trash to be removed from the room, we had to ask for new towels every other day. The only person who offered any help was Dennis, he was very helpful, made sure our request was heard in a timely manner. The room phone didnt work so we had to go to the front desk. The food was mid, sausage and french toast looked uncooked, the only thing we ate were the potaoes and bagels, i can say we asked for turkey sausage and they gave it to us no problem. On our last night there, our bathroom ceiling had water dripping from the celing and we had to change rooms. The new room was like entering a upgraded hotel, the bathroom was newly done, the room looked modern. Why the rest of the rooms dont look like that is beyond me. Be sure to check for bed bugs because i feel like i was bitten a few times. I will definitely be staying else where next year.

Our first room had mold all over the ceiling. But the staff was quick (& kind) and got us into another room. The second room was great! Comfy, clean, & roomy for our one night stay. Breakfast was great too! They had a full hot breakfast with many options!
