I did not like the valet company tried to make it seem it was a free service of the hotel and then when i asked him he said it was covered in my payments and then told my friend it wasnt

Check in was terrible, room was obviously ready but we waited a half an hour and had to remind them we’re here. No sense of urgency or hospitality whatsoever. Asked for extra towels they said can’t until the morning, then in the morning, had to call down and beg for them to bring some. Room clean, pool area not bad, surrounding area very noisy

The room was well Kent and spacious. The only thing was the staff wasn’t helpful with the check in process. It’s all technically done virtually, but the person we talked to was very condescending in the manner of addressing the check in process and code you receive to go to your room. She didn’t offer to take a look at our email from Sonder to help locate our room or code.

A a frequent visitor to Hollywood (Beach), i’m glad I finally stayed here, I love being able enjoy downtown, and having a publix, and coffee shop next door. Having the late check out until 2pm (for a fee) was a bonus too. I will be back.
