No staff—all self check in. Room was adequate but no cohesive design. Expensive valet parking and it’s the only option. Functioned perfectly fine as a hotel room but staying here was not memorable. If you’re looking for your hotel stay to be an interesting part of your travel, this isn’t the place.

Multiple daily emails sent once room was reserved to verify identity, provide a cc, then was told check in complete…day of got another email asking what time we were coming but nothing on day of instructions. Reason I say this is because when we got here, no one at the desk, no be back soon note, nothing but a piece of paper listing the qr code to download the app The elevator is not user friendly (other guests in the elevator expressed the same sentiment). While we appreciate the code/security requirement, have stayed at other hotels with a much easier system. Light on door fell off as we walked up, came into the room and smelled smoke. Walked onto balcony, people smoking next to us. Bed was super uncomfortable, charged $20 for an hour later check out (had to do all this via app) - and it asked for a cc again instead of offering the option to charge the card I had to provide during “virtual check in” Funniest part of the stay was when we left, there were 2 people at the desk asking if I was checking out. Good to see they finally care when it comes to turning over the room. This is my first actual bad review left and we travel very often. The only good thing I can say is the lobby is nice and location is close to shops and restaurants.

After Hours (10pm) there’s no way to get any supplies. A/c in rooms are not operating properly the fact the it just happened to be cold in Florida saved us . Room had no microwave had to use the one downstairs by valet. Other than that my 4 days were okay. Parking is 30$ a night and valet tried to take my money probably won’t recommend to someone I like .

After looking throughout the property description, pictures and reviews on Expedia, we looked forward staying at this property. However, the reality was completely different. On arrival the room wasn’t cleaned well… There were still some trash in the bathroom, hairs and dust on the floor. We contacted the property and on the next day they send someone to clean the room. The gym was very small and not really useful as when someone was working out on one machine you’ll had to wait until they finish. One day the door lock wasn’t working, so we couldn’t get in. The pool area wasn’t attractive as well. Outdated and not very clean. The room was decent of size, the bathroom and shower was big which was nice. Bed was comfortable to sleep on. The closet was tiny ( good for 1 person who travels for just a few days ). We had to leave a lot of our clothes in the luggage. Overall, the hotel is below average, maybe good for a single traveler who travels for 2-3 days max. The only positive thing I can say about the property is the people working there. They are all friendly and nice. Trying to help you wherever they can.

I paid for a suite as a wedding gift for some family in lieu of not being able to attend the actual wedding and I asked the staff for some sort of special decoration for the “honeymoon” suite and they happily decorated the bed with rose petals for me which I am very grateful for. Great attention and service, the staff went above and beyond!
