HOTEL WAS OK, IF YOU ARE JUST WANTING TO SLEEP THEN ITS GOOD. OTHER THAN THAT I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND IF YOU ARE TRYING TO SPEND TIME THERE. THERE ARE NO PHONES IN THE BEDROOM AND IF YOU NEED ANYTHING YOU HAVE TO CALL THE CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER FOUND IN GOOGLE AND THEY REACH OUT TO THE HOTEL. IF ANYONE SMOKES IN ANOTHER ROOM YOU CAN SMELL IT THROUGH THE VENTS. THAT WAS ANOTHER INCONVIENIENCE WE HAD.

DO NOT STAY HERE

Dirty, old, and, there were no wash cloths to shower with. Sofa was too nasty to sit on. Visible dirt on floors around furniture and floors were sticky when you walk.

Unfortunately, my partner and I trusted the valet provided at the hotel to park our car due to no nearby parking. Next morning, our car was damaged with the bumper ripped off and scratches to the car. The hotel stay was amazing and our room was very clean. I would do more research on where you should park and not trust the valet.

They only clean if you stay 5+ days. I received an email asking to make a payment and when I went to the front desk, I heard them saying that it happened with another client. I had to cancelled all my credit cards, be aware. Aside from that, the hotel is clean, AC is always on.

Nothing to like. Horrible app that nothing seems to work on. AC down most of the day and in the 90's.Floors were actually black with dirt. Junkies passed out outside the building, etc. etc. Took numerous attempts and emails to get confirmation. Everything runs off of the computer which was down when we arrived. Aggressive and Valet service bringing the wrong car, etc. To many things to list A real live nightmare.

The bed sheets had hair, pillow cases stained, floor unswept, and the bed was super uncomfortable. The staff was unhelpful upon check in and when I requested extra shampoo and conditioner. One staff member stated parking was complimentary but someone else said they only offer valet. You’re taking a chance if you park on the street. I wouldn’t stay here or recommend this hotel to anyone.

It was my first time staying there it was wonderful room was very clean spacious huge balcony Panasonic views I loved it highly rated you do have to request cleaning services for a fee but our needs for extra towels and toiletries were addressed immediately

Very disappointing stay. Only two towels for 4 nights, and even after asking for more, they came late. There was a door lock issue, and I couldn’t get back into my room until the next morning!!! I couldn’t change clothes or shower, and ended up having a terrible night No service, no follow-up, and no compensation. They offered me a credit, but after such awful service why would I ever want to come back? It’s useless I have no intention of returning.
