Terrible property. We walked in our room and walked back out and let the staff know that the room smelled of dirty water/pool water/vomit. Even sent a text and was told someone was going there immediately to fix it and came back to the room NO ONE came in the room. The GM ALEJANDRA is a terrible acring GM, she gave no solution for a refund. We did NOT stay there and today she tells me that the room was used when it was not because it smelled awful we packed up and left! She then LIED and said they seen us on camera leaving at 452am which was not tried as we were boarding our airplane back home at that time! We slept on the airport floor! I will be reporting this to the health department. It has black mold all in the shower and bathroom wood door as well!

Excellent cruise port hotel!

Very well maintained hotel.. immaculately clean! Food at Bistro was excellent (pulled pork sandwich & chicken dish) reasonably priced and delicious! Drinks however pricey! Port Everglades cruise port - 10-12 min drive Would absolutely stay again!

I had a pleasant stay overall. The room was spacious and clean, providing a comfortable environment. While the hotel has an older design, it served its purpose as a convenient place to sleep. However, be aware that housekeeping only cleans rooms every three days. The location is excellent, offering easy access to local attractions and being just a short distance from Hollywood Beach. My interactions with the staff were generally neutral, with most experiences being neither particularly positive nor negative. Considering the overall value, I would consider staying here again if it were the most affordable option in the area.

The hotel stay was great!!! Transportation was not a good experience at all!!!! From pickup from the airport to return to the airport. Drivers lied about driving pass the pickup area to driving recklessly to return us to the airport (2 separate drivers). The hotel is great!!!! Shuttle from airport was fast, but that’s about the only good thing. Pictures look much better than the actual property. Room was old, had a funky smell, and was dimly lit. Restaurant on-site closed at 10p, but only one cook and 1 waitress was working. Waitress was super frazzled, told us we could only order fried food (it was 9:15 when we got there), and was expensive for what we got. No free continental breakfast. Also no restaurants close to walk to. Would not stay here again.

I expected more from this property. Upon easing the hotel description and reviews I thought it was across the street from the beach? We flew in to ft Lauderdale airport and wanted to take advantage of the free shuttle. It took over an hour of waiting for the shuttle. The first time I called the hotel I was placed on hold for almost 7 minutes. I hung up and called back and she asked if she could place me on hold. I told her wait I've been on hold and we just need a shuttle. After being on hold yet again she finally said she would send a shuttle and she told me where to wait. So I was confused when the shuttle guy kept calling us asking where we were?! He was at a totally different terminal! Finally we got to the room. It just seems that things need updating, even the tv. For a one night stay I guess it's fine but I wouldn't choose this hotel again.
