My family consisted of 8 people and I reserved (2) 2 bedroom units. However, on the day of arrival, I had received text messages to pay the balance. Instead, I called the office and the man was very nice and mentioned that they had overbooked and had only 1 bedroom unit and (1) 2 bedroom unit. I said that was fine and the rate was adjusted. I did appreciate how it was communicated and also he explained the late arrival procedures which involved our keys left in an envelope in a certain mailbox at a certain unit (but not our units). Both bedroom units were very well-appointed with full kitchen, dining table,chairs, sofa bed, TV, bedroom. Furniture was tropical themed as this was Florida! Staying there reminded me of my beloved Mother-in-law's condo in Bayview. We all felt cozy, safe and at home. This was like staying at an airbnb, not a hotel, which we rather appreciated. The Coral Ridge area is a very nice neighborhood. My belated husband grew up in this neighborhood and the reason I chose it. We live in L.A. but came to visit his hometown and go to the Keys and Key West. This stay was after we did all of that. The very next morning, we had to go to the airport very early. I would stay again. However, one of the units did not have hot water and I texted them that before we left for the airport. I was told later it was due to a broken fuse. So I would ask that if you are put in Unit 22.

Nice stay in apartment house.
All furniture is good condition. The bed is hard. I did not use the kitchen just a few dishes and microwave. Their laundry room is small. Only one washer and dryer but they work well. Patio area is nice to relax outside. They have a gas grill. These apartments are located near several restaurants which are within walking distance. Their is an older shopping mall, Publix and Target close by.
