Breakfast was pretty decent. I liked that they changed their egg entrees and yogurt flavor each morning. The coffee is dreadful. Please invest in better coffee. Also, there were only apples for the fruit option for all three days we were there. Waffle machine was great. Staff at breakfast never smile or seem happy. Running the airport shuttle only until 11pm didn’t work for us as our flights to FLL are usually late. Running it 24 hrs would be convenient for everyone.

This hotel was pretty good. ALOT of things walking distance or not too far away. They have a shuttle if needed. Staff was very friendly. Room was average with comfortable bed. They had a pool which was a plus. Complementary breakfast was decent. I would stay again.

Room was dirty upon entering notified front desk and they cleaned. While in the pool… approx 10 cops showed up with lights on. Went on elevator to a room regarding a situation. Notified front desk I wanted to cancel reservations (literally had been in hotel for less than an hour). Had to contact Expedia through a long process. After all was said and done they would only refund 1/2 the amount if we cancelled. Wouldn’t discount the hotel or offer a discount to find another or be put up in a nicer place with a discount. Never again!

Staff is the highlight of this location! It was a very short stay for me. The carpet in the room I was in was dirty and had a couple of "sticky spots" like candy had been dropped. In one hour, the bottoms of my bare feet were turning black. There was an empty spot where a microwave should have been as listed under the room amenities. The couch had two completely different colored cushions for some reason. This made the room look cheap. I've never seen down pillows in the size this bed had. They were 2ft. by 2ft. squares and not king-size to match the king bed and bedding. The closest door in the building to my vehicle is broken, hanging open an inch or so. It was possible to go out this door, but the scanning device was broken prohibiting re-entry. These are the things I noticed in the two hours I was there with my eyes open! :-)

The hotel room smelled horrible, sweat like smell. The bathroom is moldy as the water head had very low pressure so you have to stand in the shower for 45 minutes to wash off soap. They do 1 service every 3 days. There was no maintenance whatsoever. The hotel is so dirty that even the elevators were so filthy. Do not rent from Comfort Inn ever. Going somewhere else would be safer.
