Great stay close to airport and cruise port. They offer complimentary airport shuttle which you need to call for when you land and from hotel they do it hourly. Descent breakfast in case you are in hurry to catch a flight or cruise Special shoutout as they gave us room way before check in time

It was as expected. Nothing jumped out and there wasn't a bad experience. However, the room lighting was insufficient for my older eyes, and the coffee cups were too small. With housekeeping only being done every three days, I expected there would be more coffee and tea options, however there weren't. Thankfully the lobby had access to coffee and more tea options, so I was avle to access it, but it would have been nice if i didnt have to leave the room to do so.

GREAT CRUISE PORT & AIRPORT LOCATION!

Perfect airport & cruise port locations. We booked a room for the night before coming off the cruise. This provided a place for us to immediately go to at 8 in the morning, even arriving in time to catch some breakfast (as we did not eat on the ship before getting off). Excellent Customer Service & clean environment. Got a ride-share to Miami to do some sight-seeing there and back to our hotel. Walked to a nearby restaurant for dinner that night. While they do charge for cruise port shuttle service, the airport shuttle was complimentary (a tip was given though).

When we arrived from the airport to check in there was about six other families waiting to check in. They only had one guy behind the counter checking everyone in AND answering phones. He handled himself very well but come on Comfort Suites…. Do better staffing your facility.
