The place need more individuals to clean and provide towels, garbage bags and clean the room. We had roaches in the bathroom, not on the same day, but on two separate days. Overall, I did enjoy the fact that it had several stores and restaurants on walking distance, and my nephew lived like 8 blocks away.

When I had checked in my husband and I with our 3 children had just arrived from a 16 hours drive from New Jersey. There was only one receptionist but she was great and very nice. We got to our room and it was so back, roaches and hair all over the bathroom that I tried to clean it and I just couldn't stomach to stay there. Called the front desk, she was alone and she tried to have me look at 2 other rooms but they were if not worse just as bad. I ended up checking out not even a hour later and booked a hotel room somewhere else and left. Went back the next day to speak with the manager and she was professional and gave me a refund back. I expressed my concerns of what could going into my bags, my kids sleeping there. Not comfortable I would never go back
