I registered and paid for a specific room. The guest service rep booked me in a handicap room. The room smelled old' the floors was slippery and it was a horrible stay. I told the representative about this choice and she claimed that Expedia "(third party) automatic choose the rooms. Showed the guest rep my choice and selection from the expedia app and it didn't matter.

This property needs an upgrade. The floors were slippery from the humidity and had an overall musty smell. The toilet tank wouldn’t fill with water. We informed the front desk but it stopped working the following day. Not a great experience

We checked in and when we got to room, no linens for putt out couch. We were given sheets to make up bed. We had an issue that sink would not drain. We reported to front desk. The sink would not drain for two days with a family of 6 using tub to wash and brush teeth. The repair person came as we checked out. Good sized room but has a few issues. The TV in sitting area wouldn’t work and when we got it to turn on, had only one Chanel.

The place was dirty, the nightstand had some dirt residue, bathroom floor was sticky. Whole room smelled like mold. It was so strong that we could not even spent one night. Furniture old and in bad condition. This place needs a renovation ASAP.

upon arrival i waited for almost 2 hours to be checked in , no apologies from the fronk desk attendant only the security guard on duty . he was called multiple times to assist for check and did not come. the hotel manager did nothing about it because he came back the next night as if nothing happened! the hotel hot tub does not work and they know it does not work and they did not mention that as well upon check in nor during the entire stay! the breakfast staff attendants are very helpful pleasant and friendly !
