The hotel was lovely. The rooms are very comfortable with great views. Walking distance to the beach and have many options for restaurants on the boardwalk. The hotel has a lovely rooftop and bar. If you stay over the weekend on Sunday they have Latin night and is super fun. Recommend to book.

The staff are impeccable. They are kind and helpful. The pool and bar area, located on the rooftop, are exceptional. The location is superb! The beds, however, are terrible. When i say terrible, I mean id rather sleep on my Grandma's old twin bed that my Dad slept on in the 60's. The King "bed" is nothing more than some foam with a big, giant, i mean huge , hole right in the middle . That is where my body landed every night. Think of it as a giant donut, but rectangular shaped. For as beautiful and pricey as the place is, they should seriously invest in more supportive mattresses. The room had plenty of storage space, which was great. Although clean, it felt as serile and boring as a hotel room. No pizazz or anything on the walls at all. I would stay here again, but i might try and find a place with a better bed next time. PS* I saw a review that mentioned the bed as well and i thought....oh its not that bad....oh yes it is lol. We tell you these things for a reason.

Place was terrible the staff / manger was rude ! All kinds of hidden fees that are not mentioned in reservation unaccommodating inconveniences having to take different elevators to three different floors to get to the roof top pool which that was nice And to get to your room ! The rooms were nice the staff on beach were nice but ridiculous on how we have to be seated and can’t move chairs so your literally on top of each other and if your with more than two people they only allow two chairs and the others have to pay for their own even though your staying at their property!!!! Never ever again will I stay there !!!!
