THE BIGGEST PROBLEM IN THAT RESORT IS THEY HAVE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT EMPLOYEES ARE RUDE AND THERE IS ALWAYS AN ISSUE WITH SOMETHING. NO INTERNET, POOL BROKEN OR LIKE MY LAST STAY COMPLETE SYSTEM DOWN AND WE DIDNT GET ROOMS TILL 5pm and no courtesy discount at all for the wait and inconvenience.

“Beautiful Hotel with Great Vibes & location”

The stay was really great. The room was nice and comfortable, and the hotel’s location is perfect—right in the heart of a lively area full of restaurants and bars. The beach was close, clean, and very nice, and the pool was beautiful too. Most of the staff were friendly and welcoming. Honestly, the only downside was that time went by way too fast!

I had a very nice corner suite that was different from my regular stay. The staff is always friendly however i find that the vallet is usually a bit cold. This time it seemed upon checking in that the new persons were much more friendly and accommodating
