I WAS SURPRISED BEING A MARRIOTT. PAYING ALMOST $500 A NIGHT. THIS WAS AN OLD HOTEL THE BATHROOM HAD NOT BEEN UPDATED. I WAS ON THE 4TH FLOOR AND HEARD EVERYTHING ABOVE ME, WHEN I ARRIVED I HAD MISPLACED MY CREDIT CARDS AND COULD NOT USE MY WALLET ON MY I PHONE TO PAY. THIS IS 2025. WILL HESITATE BEFORE I STAY AT A MARRIOTT AGAIN

Front desk staff were efficient and helpful. Bistro staff during the day were anything but. Overall, the bistro service was extremely slow… Most of the time there were not many customers having food but It still took a very long time to get anything.
