We had 2 rooms and arrived early and had to pay $50.00 plus tax per room for an early check in even thou the rooms were ready and we probably would have gotten the same rooms if we had checked in later which I think is ridiculous. One room had bugs on the floor in the bathroom and they had to move us to another room. Gave us a free dinner at the bistro but when we went to order we’re only aloud one item on the menu, for example they had flat bread and hummus together but we could only get one of it, not much compensation considering the reason. On a positive note the staff were friendly.

I didn't like how the young lady at the front desk treated me, I asked her for a room away from the elevator and she gave me a room in front of the elevator. I went back to request a new room the manager told me she would assign another room to me. I saw how the young lady treated the other guest as they checked in, she greeted with a smile and a gift bags something I wasn't given.
