I was over charged at the bar and spoke to front desk who advised it was only one charge. Come to find out I paid $60 for a $18 burger & the waitress had the nerve to add a tip,even though I tipped her in cash.

It was a very short stay. Overall, it wasn't a bad stay. However the room, bathrrom and bed linen were not properly cleaned. The toilet also made a very load frightening sound when flushed.

Hotel heaven

Thank you to the staff who made me and my family have a wonderful stay I wish I can give a bonus 5 stars. From the beginning of booking our room to checking in was excellent. Our rooms were clean and comfortable the air conditioning gave the best cool air. The reception were so sweet and nice I wish I can remember the names of all who were involved in the wonderful and unforgettable experience. Thank you to all!

Front desk staff was rude and very unwelcoming! One of the reasons why I always come back to any Marriot is because of the amazing staff everywhere we’ve been! Unfortunately this property’s front desk staff need to be properly trained to welcome guests! A simple “Hello and welcome” is all you need to say. Awful, awful and never at the desk either. Last night we waited to ask about the breakfast for 2 we paid for… and No one came out… but they were there! Awful… I will never come back to this particular hotel. The installations are beautiful and well taken care of, it’s a shame the staff at the front desk is not doing their job.
