Loud nightclub nearby. Pool shuts down at dusk so can’t enjoy as a start to vacation. Limited area to relax to wait. Staff weren’t very friendly. Toilet was broken - staff, fixed that night, but then broken again in the morning. Water kept running.

We stayed here one night after we got back from our cruise. Lorena was at the desk when we arrived and was such a pleasure to deal with! The only terrible thing that happened to us was getting woken up in the middle of the night due to the fire alarms going off from a mishap from the kitchen staff creating too much smoke in the kitchen restaurant.
