Nice hotel, close to cruise lines

Really nice room, nice pool, good gym. Very close to the cruise lines, close to the airport. Good system for Ubers in the morning of departure.

The staff was not helpful and refused our requests. We were coming off a cruise and needed early check in and we were told it wouldn't be a problem, however we ended up having to wait in the lobby for 5 hours before our room was ready,though they did let us access the pool while we waited. We requested a cot for our daughter and the front desk said it was not possible for our room to accommodate it. They brought us one coverlet blanket for her to use on the couch (no sheets or comforter). The airport shuttle that was advertised and that we reserved seats on the night before was a no show, causing us to have to call an Uber last minute at 5a . Find another accomodation.

The staff at the hotel was very friendly and accommodating, helping whenever there was a problem not connecting to the hotel Te restaurant KiKi within the hotel is recommendable and the service is very good, so is breakfast

Check in was easy and convenient. Valet attendant was very nice and helpful, his smile will brighten your day. The pool was long enough to swim laps and plenty of towels were available. Bathroom was tiny, but room was spacious.

Hotel was clean and comfortable. I loved the airport to hotel shuttle. So easy and so convenient …. Just call the hotel when you land. The bar and restaurant on property were excellent! The cons …. The pool closed at 730 and if you have a car ….parking is $20 per night per car (complaint from some guests we met at the property).
