There was no hot water. they did give us a slight refund but it was a hassle to get. We had to go through the booking agent. The hotel gave us nothing. The room was just okay. The front desk was in turmoil, everyone was upset and the staff was trying very hard to appease people. It wasn't their fault.

The elevator did not work. We had to lift our luggage down 6 flights of stairs. Shuttle to the airport was scheduled for 10:15 but showed up at 11:15. Overall my stay was okay for one night.

What a disaster, from poor room preparation, to assigning rooms when previous guests have not even checked out Pot smoking neighbours and then the icing on the cake….we offer a free shuttle starting at 6 am to the airport but guess what no management if this process so 16 guests arrive in the front lobby at 6 for a shuttle they signed up for and they only had 6 seats available This property is so poorly managed that it is impacting the Best Western Brand….will never book a best western again!

Bathroom was dirty...found hairs in shower, floor was dirty, hole in wall where door knob kept hitting, plugged with toilet paper. Beds were comfortable, but slid off the foundation if bumped. Pool is condemned!!! Given wrong information about airport shuttle service. Not the hotels fault, but road work done from 1 am until 6am.

I would be cautious about this property. The pool isnt available. I enjoy working out. Of the five machines in the fitness center only one machine worked. The hotel really needs a major upgrade.

Shocked to read a notice that the building was condemned as unsafe as of 4/4/24, 10 months prior to our visit. Specifically the pool and deck areas were mention. As of 2/14/24 they were still listing a pool on their website despite this being empty and closed as condemned. The room smelled like mold - which they tried to hide by dropping the temperature of the air conditioner to frigid air blowing on high. Appalling. People were friendly which is why they got a 2 and not a 1.
