Really bad
We had to keep the room so cold otherwise it would have so much moisture on everything inside our room. Shower door would not stay closed. We had to wedge a qtip where the doors meet to keep it closed. One side of the elevator was not operable. There was no pool. Pool was dangerous. I like the breakfast.

Took 1 1/2 hrs for shuttle driver to arrive. Staff kept telling me to call driver. They use 3rd party shuttle service. Room was run down and water pressure on shower fluctuated. Room was not clean.

The only issue i had was with the elevators. I was staying on the 4th floor and wanted to go to the fitness center. I had to push the down button up did not work. On the first floor a pushed up, then selected floor 7 and it took me there. After my workout, the elevator button would not light up. I had to call the front desk.

They had no water in the lobby. Nothing available nothing in the room no refrigerator in the room and the outside traffic noise was super loud the entire night.

This hotel is centrally located and gives great value for the money. The pillows and mattress are adequate. It is clean, and the staff members are all gracious and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and had a great breakfast! Ann Marie and Bob
