It was a horrible experience, when I arrived at the hotel for check-in I learned that my rooms (2, non-smoking) were issued to other customers… the front desk manager attempted to accommodate his mishap with two smoking rooms, however it was unacceptable considering 2 of my 5 family members had chronic illnesses, and would have to be hospitalized if they would have inhaled that smoke odor for an extended period of time. With that said I wasted time, and approximately $80 (USD) in Uber fees, because of this situation. I strongly urge those in the area that are seeking to stay at a hotel to not consider Days inn, Fort Lauderdale, Fl

Sketchy neighborhood, homeless wondering the property, their phone system was out so no working room phones. Restaurant/lobby had burnt down and was just taped off with yellow tape so the “office” was in a room and no food.

Disgusting. It smelled very strong of cleaning products. And then the room next door was smoking weed and it made the whole walkway smell and our whole room smelled. We killed a few cockroaches in the room as well. I will never return

This property is unsafe. It is in a rough neighborhood. The room stank of marijuana and cigarettes and it was evident that many guests were continuously smoking in the rooms and the premises. Can't remember the last time I felt in danger at a hotel, this was it. Stayed there for more than one night due to unavailability because of hurricane evacuation. Not recommended, unless you enjoy or partake of that environment.

The pool was closed for repair. The restaurant had burned down so no place to eat. The stairwells reeked of marijauna. The room was not soundproof. I could hear everything that went on outside.
