I picked this hotel because they had the private beach and the nice pool area. One of the pools was closed because of maintenance but that did not matter, the other large pool was great! It is a family friendly resort, my kids loved it. The food was great at the pool and the drinks were amazing. All the staff were friendly and professional. We came a few hours early and our room was ready! I really enjoyed my stay! We will definitely be going back!

This was one of the best resorts I’ve ever stayed at! When you stay in Hollywood the hotels are right on the beach so high can easily walk from the oool right to the beach! When we arrived our flight came in super late and the overnight manager greeted us when we came in completely exhausted from the trip with a anwile! I wish I remembered her name because I wanted to write a letter to management about how amazing she was! The rooms were clean and we had a view of the ocean from the balcony. It was beautiful! The pool was fantastic and had 2 hot tubs! They are doing some construction to build the 2nd pool on the floor above us but It didn’t bother us at all. They played music all day at the pool which I loved. Play has good food at the oool area just be cautious of the drink prices they were expensive. The beach was beautiful and there were beach chairs free which were super convenient and comfortable. One thing I loved is that throughout the hotel they had water flavored with fresh fruit or cucumber which was fantastic and free for the guests! I loved it so much that when I got home I put a canister in my fridge and have been making cucumber water every day! It was a nice touch! You can get breakfast added for $30 / person each day but we aren’t big on breakfast so we got sandwiches from the shop or a yogurt. If you want to eat off property the Uber ride was under $10 and there’s tons of restaurants- I highly recommend Taverna Opa (Greek). Will book again!

The property itself is very good. They have opinions for breakfast, lunch and dinner but very limited and pretty expensive compared to near by places. Our room was ok, we didn't like the fact that it only had 1 sink for 2 people king room, and our shower was leaking water outside towards the toilet. Also our toilet got clogged once as well. The beach was the best thing about this hotel. I would rate this hotel 3.5 stars overall considering options cleanliness dining and convenience.
