Perfect location if interested in spending time at the Hard Rock. The view of the guitar was incredible. Hotel was very nice. Staff wonderful, especially Carlos, the shuttle driver. Very easy and great service. A few minor negatives: hotel cleaning staff entered room unannounced a few hours after check in. Also, there was a private pool party, thus, the only lounge on the property (roof top bar) was not open for guests. We were disappointed.

Loved this hotel, great service and rooms!!! Pool and bar/restaurant closed due to Jewish holiday. The plus side is noise level was fine unlike others complained about. Highly recommend!!

The stay was incredible, the only problem was that when we went to eat at the restaurant, the reservations were already sold out and despite being guests, they did not give us the chance to eat there. At night, we could not enter the pool party because it was private, meaning that in addition to being guests, we could not take full advantage of the benefits for which we paid.
