The only problem I can see was that I had to wait 3 hours to check in, when check in was at 4 PM and I could get into the room around 7:30 PM. The service at the restaurant was excellent.

The staff , It’s not so nice as Maybe because it’s the Miami attitude, but I feel like I’ve seen that other Hilton and they are much nicer. The man was very Rude When I tried to extend my stay, it was very weird. I can buy it cheaper on Expedia that I can get at the front desk. ??? !!

The room was large enough for the whole family with a beautiful balcony. The pool is amazing with a great poolside bar. My kids loved it and it was close to family!
