Front dest to bell hop love their jobs which means love that is coming from upstairs. Kudos to CMendez and Kathleen at desk and J from storage/bell hop. ES has to have the most intense customer pressure within the cruise industry you can muster, and these guys just rock on it. And don't forget the culinary. Chef J(?) astounds and is open and hilarious and Barkeep Amy makes a professional martini with a stern "I am on it" as I order amid the crowd. I know my martini's and she rocks. Also the waitress with a Ukranian accent is over-attentive, with a good memory. See you next time!

Definitely a good stop before a cruise. We enjoyed the happy hour and free breakfast and my kids loved the Koi fish. As others have mentioned, the staff seemed stretched thin. It was hard to get towels by the (unheated) pool and when I had to take my shivering three year old in to ask I couldn’t find a staff member willing to help so we had to go all the way to the front desk. There was a shuttle service to the cruise terminal for a fee with a third party in the lobby for those wondering.
