Amazing property, best area to stay in Hollywood Beach if you want to avoid all the noise of the boardwalk area. This area was safe and quiet, felt like being at a private beach. Staff was very nice and helpful with any questions.

A perfect spot for a getaway. Although the buildings were dated, they were kept up well and comfortable. They called to confirm reservation and allowed me to check in 2 hours early. Welcoming and nice staff. Will definitely return. Very price friendly and right on the beach.

It was an okay place. It was a little run down with an odd smell but it wasnt gross or unsafe. My biggest hangup is that it wasnt right on the beach. This place has 4 separate buildings and only one is on the beach. I spent several hours looking for just the right place to stay and a big deciding factor was that it needed to be right on the beach. I was very dissapointed when they pointed out my room in a building across the street and down the road. As for the actual room, it was fine. It served its purpose but nothing to get excited about. For anyone reading reviews for info, like I did; there were 3 tvs in the 2 bedroom apt. The pullout bed was comfortable enough. There were basics like a blender, iron, hair dryer, coffee maker with filters, and plenty of kitchen basics, pans, cups, utencils and such. There were also cleaning supplies like a mop n broom and bucket. Im not sure if I would stay here again because there are so many choices in the area, but it was a decent price and a decent room.

If you are checking in after hours the process is totally unprofessional. Call some service center and verbally give them your credit card information. The hotel called me when I was on a plane and closed their office at 5PM before i even landed. Now had to call a third party company to give them my card info over the phone. 45 minutes of sitting outside the office door trying to get keys, being put on hold multiple times and transferred from one person to another. Building is dated. Some new furniture helped. Tiny bathroom makes sharing for any more than 2 really tight.

Our flight was delayed and the manager was wonderful. Got us checked in and even upgraded us to a one bedroom. It was right near the beach so walkable to warch the sunset and get some seashells. SO thankful for this resort!
