Elevator was broken and I had a walker and a suitcase. Alex the receptionist carried up the suitcase and my roommate went back down for my walker. Breakfast was ok, coffee was hot. No hot water for shower, bed was comfortable. I loved that there was a divider for privacy. Chairs have wheels and smooth surfaces so my roommate fell while trying to sit down. Conveniently located to the cruise port. Uber was fantastic.

It was close to the convention center and walkable to restaurants and shopping. Plus it had parking and the room was comfortable.

Black mold
Black mold all over the bathroom and was only offered 1 free night instead of the right thing to do refund the entire stay and close that room until it’s properly cleaned

Was ok for a night
Hotel is basic, hallway smelt fusty on floor we stayed on. Think there was a crack in the window so could hear sirens going past and our room was a corner room next to main road. Was ok for 1 night as last minute booking.

Terrible place! Was very concerned about staying here but there were no other options. Romm had a smell to it and if i hadnt brought my bug light to make sure there werent any bugs we wouldnt have stayed Their grab and go boiled eggs were rotten. When we first arrived they informed me that the room we booked was not available and offered to put my young children in a separate room. I insisted a trundle be rolled into our room but they only had one. Come to find out, aan died and his family was there to pick up his belongings. The staff were giving them a hard time.... yikes Do jot recommend

I stayed here until I found a place to live and it was perfect, right in the middle of everything and I could have my dog with me. Awesome staff, cleaning crew and other guests were friendly as well. Clean, comfortable, practical price, yummy breakfast that was included, gorgeous area. Im super grateful. I absolutely recommend.
