My stay overall was not bad. I think most of the front desk employees should learn from the specific location in west Palm beach, they all give exceptional service. I have not found anyone to give great service or even come close to the service that they provide down in west Palm beach. Maybe the supervisors, manager and definitely the regular staff should go down and shadow one day and just see how it’s done (take notes) and come back to Fort Lauderdale and put to use what you’ve learned I guarantee you it will be worth it! Great customer service goes a long way and it makes your job easier as well. I will say that housekeeping was very kind.

The property was overbooked so at 11:30 pm after traveling all day we were exhausted and had to travel across the city to stay in another property that wouldn’t accept a voucher we were given so we were charged twice for a room. Ridiculous. All at 1am.
