The hotel itself was great. What wasn't so great was having to wait over an hour for them to pick us up at the airport. We also arrived after check in time but the room wasn't ready yet so we had to wait another 45+ minutes. Besides that, the room was great, really big and clean.

Great hotel to stay at before a cruise. Our only feedback is the pool needs a restoration. It’s very weathered, water was freezing, and lots of leaves, bugs floating in the water. Didn’t go in the hot tub as it didn’t look too clean, but I think likely more that it’s old and discoloured than unsanitary but I didn’t want to risk it.

It was a great option for us leaving on a cruise. The staff, especially Erika, was amazing. We definately recommend this is everyone. Our friends had a room next to the elevator and it was a bit noisier (to be exoected).

The room we were in had a gap of about 1.5 inches above the ground on the door. Every time someone was entering their own room it sounded like someone was trying to get in our room. Told the front desk staff about it and they seemed shocked but walking the floor of our room I noticed several doors were like that. Breakfast was good and the free airport shuttle was nice but I do not think I would stay there again as the building was very dated

The staff was very nice to deal with and pleasant. The only complaint is the breakfast offerings were not kept to par with the volume of people. No hot coffee available. No complimentary coffee or water available after they removed all hints of a breakfast.

We waited for the shuttle from the airport to the hotel a lot longer than they said. Other than that it was a great place to stay prior to going on a cruise.
