On arrival. Dirty pillow cases were left on bed Night # 2. Bugs in bathroom crawling on wall. I have video. Aid they will give me $50 credit. Through Expedia. Lots of door slamming had to ask maids for Kleenex and wash cloths. Left none. Needs a remodel really bad
