So after returning from a 7 day cruise, we pre booked this hotel because it had the best reviews and was the mosy affordable out of the whole area. I wish i could say we had a positive experience. I was disappointed when we arrived and were told we had to pay an additional $50 to check in early. (This hotel is near the airport and a cruise port and im sure they are accustomed to receiving travelers from both) only to pay and recieve out room was not clean at all still had hair in the shower and stains in the toilet from previous occupants. When asked the cleaning staff to please fix it.. we left and came back to the room in the same state. So exhausted we just decided to go to sleep. Property is around some dilapidated residential property with old rusted cars and overgrown trees and dry grass not very tidy. The young lady at the front desk was fairly rude when askjng about early check in and also did not informed that a deposit would be taken the next day. There were also additional taxes and fees taken way above the original reservation rate.

Found a USED condom wrapper in the cups by the coffee. There were hairs in the bathroom that were not cleaned. The ceiling paint in the bathroom was falling off the ceiling. When I told the front desk about it I got an I’m sorry and that’s it. Disgusting do not recommend to anyone!

Needs a little updating
some moldy spots in the shower/bathtub. Also under the mirror was a wet dark spot. The mattress needs to be replaced. The right side of the mattress didn't feel as if it had support. When asked if there was a restaurant close for lunch, staff directed us to the bar, which was closed until 4:00. We were there at 11:00. No restaurant. Would be nice if the shuttle ran 24 hours. We had a flight at 7:00, but the shuttle doesn't start until 6:00, had to uber.
